Member users unable to login (via IAMCLOUD)
Symptom:
Users in Member offices face issues while accessing AMS. They might get the following error:
Server Error
401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
Cause:
We don't know the exact cause behind the login issues of member users.
Resolution:
Please raise any individual’s IAMCloud support call with:
Stating that we are Save the Children International, the details of the incident and which MEMBER user (name and email address of the user) that is having the problem.
and handle their calls via email – copying into JIRA when convenient.
