Exporting to Excel (L1)

Symptom:

Cant Export to excel

Cause:

Either wrong browser, wrong method or wrong data.

Solution:

Use Internet explorer version 9.0 or higher.

Make sure the user is trying to export a list (awards or opportunity tracker) not an award itself.

Tell them to go to the list, click inside the table then the "List" tab will appear in the top left corner, then click "Export to Excel"
