Error: Critical Error
Symptom:
Users receive the following error message:
Diagnosis:
Ask the user to see what version of internet explorer they are using
Cause:
This problem is caused by the browser Internet Explorer 10 and 11
Resolution:
Log on to AMS
Go to Internet explorer menu --> options and navigate to Tools --> Compatibility View setting
3. Click “Add” Button
4. The URL is added into the Compatibility view list as appear below
5. Click “Close” button.
6. Open Internet explorer again and you should be able to view award record.
