General - Blank screen when accessing AMS (L1)

Symptom:

Users get a blank screen with a small blue logo on top left hand side of the screen.  

 

Cause:

This happens when users are using IE 8.0 or below. AMS is not supported by browsers older than IE 9

Resolution:

Advise the user to upgrade their browser to Internet Explorer 9 or above
