Unable to view or upload documents (L1)
Symptom:
Users are unable to see any documents uploaded to an awarded record. They are also unable to upload any new documents to award records
Diagnosis:
Ask the users to send screenshots of what they are seeing. Also check the browser that they are using
Cause:
Most often the users are using AMS on Firefox or Google chrome or Microsoft Edge. AMS is supported in Internet Explorer 9 or above only. Several features will not work on other browsers.
Resolution:
Advise users to use Internet Explorer 9 or above. If they are having issues with logging in with IE, then refer to the related confluence article and work with the user to fix it.
