I can't save (L1)

Symptom:

The user cannot save from edit mode.

Diagnosis:

Get a screen shot from the user.

Check there are no error messages preventing the user from saving.

Check if the page is not loading correctly - see the tabs as bullet points / information which should be on separate tabs appear next to each other.

Cause:

Either the user has not filled a field in correctly

OR

The user needs to add AMS to their compatibility view.

Solution:

If the user needs to add AMS to their compatibility view they need to use this document . To add AMS to their compatibility view, this may not work straight away, ask the user to press F5 to refresh the page and pick up the new settings.
