Data Governance Approvals

When approving Partner Agreement codes to be created in Agresso only

In cases where Partner Agreements are funded by NAF (for SCI offices) or when Members who use PRIME need to create non-programmatic Partner Agreements, we may need to create Partner Agreements in Agresso only. 

In these cases, the request for creation from the office who needs it should go to Data Governance and then routed to the AMS Data Steward for approval.

Before approving, the following needs to be checked:

• If a Member is requesting the Partner Agreement - has a Notice of Non-Use been signed to allow the Member to contract directly with a partner?

• The code used is one assigned for Partner Agreement codes created in Agresso only - see: https://savethechildren1.sharepoint.com/:x:/r/sites/AMSTeam/Shared%20Documents/General/Data%20Governance/Agresso%20Partner%20Agreement%20Codes.xlsx?d=w1cdb061df6a340e981a6d68feca62f57&csf=1&web=1&e=xeYcyf

Once a code is selected from the document above and provided on the ticket with the approval, please ensure the document is updated to reflect this to prevent any code clashes.
