Changing Office Name or Code

If AMS support receives a request to create a new office or change an office Name or Code, the approval of Data Governance has to be obtained before any changes are actioned on the system. 

Actions to be taken: 

  • L1 will assign the ticket to the product owner 

  • The product owner will get the approval from Data Governance and action the changes on AMS 

  • Note: L2 needs to Leave a note on the record with the ITS number to be able to visibly track the changes on AMS
