Reopen award or Partner agreement(if this impacts hard close)
Permission set up for approvers, default approver

This is also a key element to determine how ticket is urgent and help set the priority correctly
Global IT priority matrix is below in this link (Global IT Applications Services - IT Applications Services - Confluence (savethechildren.net) ) HOWEVER please note for AMS application, this cannot be applied across the board as there are cases where it will only affect singe person but it can be high. This cases will be covered above.
