Humanitarian Code Requests
The request for creation or updating of Humanitarian Response Codes are usually received by the AMS team via emails.
L1:
Select the component as "Humanitarian Response code"
If the ticket is created by someone in AMS L2 team, assign it to them and mark it resolved.
It the ticket is created by someone outside of AMS team assign it to L2
L2:
If the request is for creation of new Humanitarian code
Navigate to the "Humanitarian Responses" section under Admin Tab
If the request is for updating (Closing) of an existing Humanitarian code
Navigate to the "Humanitarian Responses" section under Admin Tab
