Humanitarian Code Requests

The request for creation or updating of Humanitarian Response Codes are usually received by the AMS team via emails. 

L1: 

  • Select the component as "Humanitarian Response code"

  • If the ticket is created by someone in AMS L2 team, assign it to them and mark it resolved.

  • It the ticket is created by someone outside of AMS team assign it to L2

L2: 

  • If the request is for creation of new Humanitarian code

    • Navigate to the "Humanitarian Responses" section under Admin Tab

 

  • If the request is for updating (Closing) of an existing Humanitarian code

    • Navigate to the "Humanitarian Responses" section under Admin Tab

    • Search the code from the local search on the page
