Error Message: "The match annual phasing in individual match sources needs to be updated because the length of implementation has changed on the award requiring match"

If a user gets the error message "match annual phasing in individual match sources needs to be updated because the length of implementation has changed on the award requiring match" when trying to save the award record that is an "Award Requiring Match", please ensure the user has shared a screenshot of the error and verify that it is similar to the example below. Once screenshot is verified as the error message, L1 needs to assign to L2.

L2 needs to share the below instructions with the user:

- On the home page of the award and under the "Match" tab, click on "View match spend to date", and "Save" the record. 
- Click "Edit" on the award home page
- Go to the "Match" tab again and scroll down to the list of awards under "Secured match"
- Click on the awards that have the match type as "Match Independent"
- Update the "annual phasing" (if no changes are needed, delete the value and insert it again)
- Click "Save" on the award home page 

 

After applying the above steps, the user shall be able to make changes on the award record and save normally.
