Unable to access AMS - user gets IIS7 screen

Symptom:

user receives a IIS7 page when trying to access AMS.

 

Cause:

The correct URL of AMS is https://ams.savethechildren.net/ 

 

If users type in just http://ams.savethechildren.net or ams.savethechildren.net, then they will get the error message.

Resolution:

users should go to https://ams.savethechildren.net/
