I see the tabs as bullet points (L1)

Symptom:

The tabs appear as bullet points down the page, also all information is on the one page as a long list. The user will not be able to save any changes.

Cause:

The user does not have AMS added to their compatibility settings

Solution:

Send the user these instructions on how to add AMS to their compatibility settings:

Also, request the user to press Ctrl+F5. The page should then load normally.
