Unable to open a document from AMS (L1)

Symptom:

The user is unable to open a document from AMS.

Cause:

Trying to open from the server.

Solution:

Check the user is using Internet Explorer version 9.0 or higher.

Tell the user to save the document down to their local machine (Desktop/MyDocuments) and then try to open the document.
