Symptom:

Users cannot view awards in the pipeline (viz. Stage: opportunity, concept note, proposal, agreement awaiting approval/approved)

Diagnosis:

Check the permission of the user

Cause:

Users not belonging to the right permission groups cannot view sensitive pipeline data

Resolution:

Advise them that they need to be either a SC Member or in the Correct Managing office to be able to view those awards.
