Updating Annual Phasing Values in Match Requiring Currency.

Symptom: 

User receives a notification (see screenshot below) to update the Annual Phasing Values in AMS when saving an award requiring match-after editing.

Cause:

The Annual Phasing values on the Matching Award (s) does not add up to the value of the Match

Solution:

 Go to the relating matching awards (list will appear below the error message) and key in the phased values under the Annual Phasing tab as indicated below. 

Open

Once you key in the values, click on Edit to capture the change on the award record. You should be able to save the record thereafter.
