I cant request an amendment
Symptom:
The user has pressed request amendment, the comment appears in the workflow history, but the status does not change.
Cause:
The request amendment 'workflow' just sends emails to the point persons for the award.
If either the Funding office point person or the Lead implementing office point person is not set for an award, the 'workflow' fails.
The code should check this and warn you, but it does not.
Solution:
It there is a point person missing, ask the requester to ensure that there is one before trying again.
If the point persons are not missing, send to Level 3 support
