Can I change something on the close-out tab? (L1)

Symptom:

There is something wrong on the close-out tab

Cause:

It was input incorrectly

Diagnosis:

Check what the status of the award is and if they have started the closeout workflow.

Solution:

If the award status is "Pre Close-Out" then they can use the edit button in the top left to change these.

If the award has closed we cannot do anything.

If the award is still open but they have started the close out workflow tell them to reject the close out workflow and restart the workflow, they will be able to make the changes on the close out validation form.

Also If they are trying to change the Partner Agreement closeout field, this is an auto-fill field, this will only change with a change in the statuses of any partner agreements.
