I have accidentally rejected a workflow (L1)

Symptom:

A Rejected workflow that should have been approved.

Cause:

Mistake

Solution:

We cannot un-reject a workflow, they will have to re-run the workflow from the start.

If it was the Opportunity Approval workflow for an opportunity in the opportunity tracker then they will have to archive the incorrect opportunity and re-start with a new oportunity.

If it was the Opportunity Approval workflow for an award then pass this to second line.
