User Cannot start Workflow (draft)

Problem

User tried to start workflow and system generate message to AMS support

Solution

  • Contact Peter Stanton (L3) to have more information about the user profile

  • In case User has 2 profiles ( SCI and Member) , confirm with the user the profile we can remove (the profile the user is not using)

  • Make sure you tell the user their access to their old profile mailbox and other services may be stopped after we delete the profile and if the user confirms

  • Contact Jay to remove the profile
