User Cannot start Workflow (draft)
Problem
User tried to start workflow and system generate message to AMS support
Solution
Contact Peter Stanton (L3) to have more information about the user profile
In case User has 2 profiles ( SCI and Member) , confirm with the user the profile we can remove (the profile the user is not using)
Make sure you tell the user their access to their old profile mailbox and other services may be stopped after we delete the profile and if the user confirms
Contact Jay to remove the profile
