Adding a new SCI Country Director to AMS
Regional Super Users are responsible for adding new country directors to the relevant approvers group.
Please use the User Admin Report to find out who is the regional Super User for a particular regional office - and direct the query to them.
Regional Super User will then need to:
a. add the new CD to the relevant approvers permission group in AMS
b. remove old CD from all permission groups
c. Log a ticket with AMS Support in order to update the default approvers list (so that the new CD's name will appear automatically when users start workflows)
d. The ticket should then be reassigned to Level 2 Business Support
e. L2 Business support should then reassign any pending tasks to the new approver.
