A user has left. What needs to be done?
Symptom:
A user has left the organisation. Especially if they are editors then the below steps need to be followed:
Solution:
This process is owned by the Champion of that relevant permission group. They will need to:
a. Remove the user's permission from AMS.
b. check if that person has any pending approval tasks or not
c. Run the User Summary report to see if that person is listed as award point person or is responsible for reports.
d. update the awards and reporting schedule accordingly.
e. if there are a lot of awards (example more than 100 that need updating then AMS support can help with this). Please email ams@savethechildren.org
