New Partner Agreement Authoriser/Award Lead

Issue:

User sent a request to add someone as default partner agreement authoriser or an award lead

Solution:

Below are the steps we should take:

  1.  Ask the user to send the email where the CD has nominated the new authoriser or award lead 

  2.  Seek approval from the regional champion user

  3. Make sure the person nominated(partner agreement authoriser or the award lead) are in the SMT Member Group. If not regional champion can add them in the SMT Member group if request is from CO but if from Region this belongs to AMS team(L2)

 If (1) and (2) and (3)please move to L2
