Symptom:

User is unable to edit a Partner Agreement or Create new partner

 

Solution:

  1. Check the permission of the user(SCI or Member) who is trying to edit or create a partner agreement record

  2. Partner Agreements should only be created or Edited by the Editor if the Implementing Office. So the user trying to make the changes should be part 'Country Office/Member Domestic Program/National Office Editor Group' that the award or Partner Agreement belongs to.
