Passwords - Member Users (L1)
Symptom:
System is not accepting a username/password from a member user
Diagnosis:
Check that they are using their correct credentials work email address and password.
Also ask them to try log on OneNet
Cause:
Member users may still use wrong credentials(username or password)
Resolution:
Ask user to go through process:
If it is your first time accessing the AMS site, then please change your email password first.
Go to internet explorer > options and delete your browser history and saved passwords.
When you get to the sign in page, select ‘Member staff'. Then enter your full email address and password.
If you are still unable to get to the sign in page then there could be a problem with the password setting.
We ask them to contact local IT department to reset the password from AD
This usually fix the problem
