Scenario 1: AMS Tickets for Updating Award Reporting Schedules
Symptom:
Users will request AMS Support to reopen a closed award for updating reporting schedule
Cause:
Changes in information
Solution:
There is no need to reopen the award to modify or Add reporting schedule.
The application owners can Add, Modify or Delete reporting schedule on a closed award if such request is raised. Users should provide necessary details to be updated ('Funding office effort rating' and 'Comments of Rating (minimum 25 characters)' are mandatory fields and needs to be provided by the users, if not filled already)
It is always advisable to ask the reason for these modifications if not already mentioned.
Users can upload document themselves
Scenario 2: AMS Tickets for Updating Partner Agreement Reporting Schedules
Symptom:
Users will request AMS Support to reopen a closed Partner Agreement for updating reporting schedule
Cause:
Changes in information
Solution:
There is no need to reopen the award to modify or Add reporting schedule.
The application owners can Modify reporting schedule on a closed award if such request is raised.
For Partner Agreement Application Owners cannot add or delete reporting schedules on a closed record
It is always advisable to ask the reason for these modifications if not already mentioned.

Scenario 3: AMS Tickets for issues with Updating Reporting Schedule for Matching awards
Symptom:
Users will request AMS Support about issues with Reporting Schedule on a Match Award
Cause:
New reporting Schedule are set on Award Requiring Match and cannot be set on Match Flexible
The Due Date to Donor can be set separately on ARM and Match Flexible based on donor requirements
The Reporting Schedule are arranged in ascending order Based on Due Date to Donor
