Locked Reporting Schedule

AMS Tickets for locked Reporting Schedules 

Symptom:

Users will raise an issue that they are unable to edit the reporting schedule on an active award

Cause:

The reporting schedule is locked and no longer editable 

Solution: 

• Reporting schedule gets locked and cannot be edited when the award is under approval workflow. Ask the user to wait for the approval workflow to complete and then try again.

• Reporting Schedule cannot be edited on an Amendment or on the live record when an Amendment is active. 

  • Special Situations: When reporting schedule is subjected to change due to any changes in end date, users are advice to do the changes to reporting schedule before running the amendment for end date extension. Once the changes to reporting schedule are done they should run the amendment workflow for end date extension. This would capture the reporting schedule changes on the new Fund Summary Document.
