Change "Match Required" value (L1)

Symptom:

Match required (in award record under detail tab) says yes when it should say no or no when it should say yes.

Open

Cause:

Incorrectly put in.

Solution:

This can be changed until agreement workflow starts and then after when it is active it should be done via amendment.
