Changing the name of a vetted partner
In cases where the Partner changes their legal name, and this is a Partner that SCI has previously worked with and have already been vetted, there will be a need to resubmit the partner for vetting again if SCI wishes to have a new Partner Agreement with them.
Steps for L1,
Request a supporting document (contract, registration certificate, etc.) that states the new name of the partner
Ask the user to Submit the partner vetting workflow (with the old name) and to notify L1 as soon as it's done. Explain to the user that while the partner is awaiting vetting, Level 2 Support will update the name ahead of the workflow being picked up by the vetting team, this is why it is important to let us know as soon as the vetting workflow has been submitted.
Steps for L2,
L2 will change the name of the partner after confirmation from L1 that the previous steps are done. Please ensure L2 is notified in a timely manner to ensure the name is updated before the vetting team pick up the request.
