Add new program locations

User sends request to create program locations

Solution

1. If Request is from SCI CO:

   1. explain to the user that we currently mirror the Program location of a CO to their Cost Centre structure.

   2. Verify if the program location list that they have sent tallies with the CO Cost centre structure

   3. Once the above two steps is completed, move the ticket to L2 for creation of program locations against that implementing office.

Check what values are already set up in agresso under the cost centre of the country asking for them to be added.

Personal menu>master file maintenance>cost centre

in attr value key in country code follwed by *, press f9, then f7

if the item appears there, then assign the ticket to L2 for them to add into AMS

2. If it is from Funding office please confirm the office the program office they want locations to be set up , once clear assign to L2
