Enabling a user that has been disabled on AMS
If a user has been disabled on AMS and now we have a request to enable it again, assign the ticket to L2 and they need to follow the below steps:
Add permissions to the user and refresh the page, and the user's account shall be enabled
If the user keeps on getting disabled even after adding new permissions and refreshing the page, follow the below steps:
Contact IT Global support and make sure the Azure unique id of the user is active in the Azure Directory of SCI
Once you have their confirmation, go to the user's page and click on edit
Click on the search icon next to the 'Azure unique id and select the new Azure unique id
Save the record
Go to the three dots next to the 'Edit' button and click on 'Synch'
Refresh the page
The user should be enabled now
