User wants to change a Match flexible award to a standard award
Step-by-step guide
Award Class | Change to | Rule |

Award Requiring Match | Standard Award | Can be converted to "Standard Award" using the "Convert Award Class" button, for this the award should not be 'Active' or should not have an active PAL, or in the middle of any workflow  |
Matching flexible Award | Standard Award | It is actually not possible to change a matching flexible award to a standard award as they are created from Award requiring Match. If an award was set up as a flexible by accident then it will need to be archived (or closed if it was active). |
Standard Award | Award Requiring Match | Can be converted to "Award Requiring Match" using the "Convert Award Class" button, for this the award should not be 'Active' or should not have an active PAL, or in the middle of any workflow |
