General - Supported Browsers (L1)

Symptom:

User requests "which is the recommended browser for AMS 2.0".

Cause:

General query, or user is having difficulty with an older browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 8.0).

Resolution:

AMS 2.0 is only supported on Internet Explorer 9 or higher. If the user is using Internet Explorer 8.0, then advise them to contact their local IT department and ask them to upgrade to Internet Explorer 9.

Additional Notes:

Previous incidents have occurred where Firefox users cannot see documents on AMS.
