Creating Views (L1)

Symptom:

User asks how to create a view

Cause:

Wants to be able to see just certain information on a regular basis.

Solution:

  1. Go into Awards page.

  2. Click the "Actions" button, then "Add View"

  3. Choose Add View  and a page will be populate(the view is private by default)

  4. Choose the options you would like.

  5. Click Save

Additional Comments:

If the user cannot get the results needed using the AND/OR options advise them to click OK, then use the filters as normal on the view and click "save this view". As it can be very difficult to create the view required using the AND/OR statements.
