Update committed amount in AMS (L1)

Update committed amount in AMS (L1)

Symptom:

Users will come to AMS Support and ask us to update the committed amount on Award record based on the signed Fund Summary

Cause:

The award record gets locked after becoming active and users don't have privileges to update such fields

Resolution:

Advise users to start the amendment workflow and get it approved via the amendment process. After the Fund Summary Amendment is activated, new data will be available
