Budget details missing in the amendment form
Problem
User run an amendment for an award where there is a budget but once user get into the amendment it says there is no budget.
Solution
It looks like the budget was not copied over into the amendment.
Kindly suggest user to reject the amendment without running a workflow and 'request' one again
