Raising a support ticket with Valiantys

Valiantys is the managed service provider that hosts JIRA, CROWD, and Confluence for SCI. 

If there are any support problems with any of these applications the following five SCI employees have the rights to log a support ticket with Valiantys.

5.     Jay.Padharia@savethechildren.org

When a support email is sent to Valiantys the person who sent the message will receive a reply to their direct email address with acknowledgement from Valiantys and a ticket number. 

A support agent from Valiantys will then be in touch to troubleshoot the issue.
